The game of chess is timeless activity that attracts players of leisure to the highest rank of grandmaster. Its perceived complexity may deter potential players from learning the rules and strategies. Finding myself in a similar position, I started my journey of becoming a beginner chess player, but found it difficult find a comprehensive yet digestible source of information in one place. This struggle led me to create this infographic with the intention of informing both myself and other players alike along the way.
